About processing time of orders
95% of placed and paid orders will be processed and shipped within three (3) working days. Some orders can not be processed in time due fast movement of stock from suppliers, this causes temporary out of stock and delays in processing up to additional 7 working days.
Calculation of estimated delivery time
Estimated delivery time is sum of processing time and shipping time for selected methods of delivery. For example, you select USPS Mail to US destination - so estimated delivery time will be 3 working days (our typical processing time) plus from 5 to 10 working days for shipping time, total will be 8-13 working days. Please pay attention that should calculate only working days excluding weekends and holidays, also important thing that's timeframe of delivery will begin from next working day following after date of payment.
Special conditions for the delivery of batteries
Batteries are prohibited for delivery by air, so we use other own combinations of delivery for this kind of products. Such orders will be transit to US / UK / AU warehouse as first step, then order will be forwarded by Post services of transit countries. Important moment is that tracking of such orders will begin from transit warehouse.
Insurance of shipment
All shipments are insured so you don't need worry about it. When we will receive confirmation from carrier that shipment is lost, we will make refund or send available replacement as you wish.
Shipping to non-billing address
We are ready to handle order with other than billing address, but our payment gateways (Paypal, Skrill) can:
- Refuse transaction if automatic security system have enough reasons for that
- Mark transaction as suspect fraud
So please pay attention that we need additional time (up to 7 working days) to process such orders in case if we (or payment gateways) have some reasons to suspect transactions as fraud.
